Thank you :) A lot of it is luck. I’m tall (5’9”) and have a fast metabolism. I get sick if I eat more than a little in one sitting, so I have to eat 6 small meals instead of 3 big meals. It’s actually better for your metabolism and digestion, I have learned. I have recently started hiking (which is making my body look so much more toned) and have lost 10 pounds just from eating well and living in high altitude. It’s making me happy to get back to the weight I’m most comfortable at. Not to say I’m not comfortable at any weight, it’s just my personal healthy weight for my height.
I think we should all love ourselves how we are because it’s just a number and it’s the only body we have so why not love it no matter what shape it’s in? And your gentleman will be pleased regardless of what weight you are. If he’s truly a good guy, he will love you if you love you. And if you can’t love you at this weight, you won’t be able to love you at any other weight- I can guarantee that.
